Community - a sense of belonging

FND is lonely.

FNDcourage is community.

You will meet others who “get it.” Others who will allow you to feel at home. A place where kindness, non-judgmental attitude, and compassion are leading principles.

A Place in Nature - Finding Calm

Nature heals.

We choose a place in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

You will be surrounded by high mountains, amazing wild flowers, and an abundance of wildlife

Knowledge - Nervous system regulation

FND is an expression of your dysregulated nervous system. We will offer:
  • A dialogue with Dr. Moenter on FND topics
  • Healthy Brain Food education (with a specialist on the topic)
  • The Body and how to include voluntary movements (led by a movement educator and Rolfer)

There will be time to ask questions, deepen your understanding of FND and the nervous system, and learn from others in the community who have been on the path of health and healing.

helpful habits - yoga, Mindfulness, and more

The FNDcourage Retreat is a place where you will embrace new and helpful habits.
We offer daily:
  • mindfulness practices
  • yoga
  • talking circles

In your free time, you can
  • use the swimming pool
  • go horseback riding
  • explore nature
  • spend time with new friends
  • practice what we teach you
  • and so much more
