More about FNDcourage Retreats

Community - a sense of belonging

FND is lonely.

FNDcourage is community. This retreat will host only 16 participants to keep the group small and serve everyone with FND in the best possible way.

You will meet others who “get it.” Others who will allow you to feel at home. A place where kindness, non-judgmental attitude, and compassion are leading principles.

A Place in Nature - Finding Calm

Nature heals.

We choose to hold the FNDcourage Retreat at the YMCA in Estes Park, CO.

You will be in a place in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, surrounded by high mountains, amazing wild flowers, and an abundance of wildlife.
