Our Team
Dr. Afra Moenter is the founder of FNDcourage and Boulder Center for NeuroHealth. She has been supporting individuals diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder for over 15 years.
Amanda is an administrative consultant for FNDcourage. She assists with the course, retreats, and general administrative support.
Avery is a social work student at the University of Texas at Austin and a volunteer for FNDcourage. She has assisted with retreats and general support.
Chisum is a Nursing student in Nebraska and a volunteer for FNDcourage. She assists with retreats, workshops, and general support.
Farmer Jim is a volunteer for FNDcourage and a lover of all things outdoors. He has helped with the retreats, course, and general support.
Phia is an art student at Seattle University and assists with the FNDcourage retreats and course.
Rose is a Colorado educator and PhD student. She assists with the FNDcourage course, retreats, and general projects.
Zane loves to build, create, and fabricate just about anything. He also assists with the FNDcourage course, retreats, and workshops.
Dr. Fix is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a focus in neurologic and vestibular PT. She also volunteers her time at the FNDcourage retreats.
Lani helped out at the 2024 Adult Retreat and is a study group co-facilitator for the FNDcourage course.
Karen has spent the last 25 years working in healthcare improvement. She supports the FNDcourage admin team to provide process improvement, program planning, and grant writing.
James is a project management professional with over 25 years in the corporate world. He serves FNDcourage through project management and technical support.
