Join Dr. Afra Moenter for this three-part live Q&A series designed to provide practical education, meaningful discussion, and an opportunity to ask your questions in a supportive community.
Each session explores a different aspect of living with FND through a nervous system-informed lens. Attend the sessions that interest you most or join us for the entire series.
Session Three:
You Are Still You: Finding Beauty, Creativity, and Joy with FND
September 19 | 11:00 AM MT
This is a one-hour facilitated dialogue led by Dr. Moenter for people living with functional neurological disorder (FND).
You Are Still You: Finding Beauty, Creativity, and Joy with FND will explore ways to stay connected to identity, creativity, pleasure, and meaning while navigating life with FND. The session will focus on discovering accessible ways to express yourself, adapt activities, celebrate small moments, and make space for joy alongside symptoms and limitations.
Participants will be encouraged to consider what brings them a sense of connection and purpose, and how creativity, nature, relationships, movement, rest, and everyday rituals can support wellbeing. The discussion will be supportive and solution-focused, with sharing optional. Attendees are welcome to participate, listen, and take inspiration from others living with FND.
