Finding Your Way with FND
Living with Functional Neurological Disorder can feel isolating, confusing, and exhausting. You may have searched for answers, tried different treatments, and still felt like something was missing. This course was built for exactly that moment.
Over 12 weeks, Dr. Moenter walks alongside you — not as a distant expert, but as a knowledgeable guide who genuinely understands the FND journey. Together, you'll explore what's happening in your nervous system, why it matters, and what you can actually do about it.
What You'll Experience
Weekly Live Webinars
Each Monday, you'll join Dr. Moenter and your fellow students for a live session covering a new topic — from understanding your autonomic nervous system to exploring the role emotions, attachment, and resilience play in your FND. Can't make it live? Every session is recorded and available the following morning.
Peer Lead Study Groups
Once a week, you meet with fellow students to deepen into your nervous system practice, go over study materials, and have a community experience that is informed by wellness, resilience, and growth. Study groups are live and an essential part of your healing journey.
Meditations Made for FND
Each week brings a new meditation, written and designed specifically for FND symptoms. These aren't generic relaxation exercises — they're thoughtful tools to help you feel more grounded, more present, and more at home in your body.
Study Materials You Can Actually Use
Weekly handouts and mindful check-in sheets give you something tangible to work with every day — simple, practical, and designed to reinforce what you're learning.
A Community That Gets It
Through a private discussion board and small peer study groups led by course graduates, you'll connect with others who truly understand what you're living with. You won't have to explain yourself here.
